This app stops working when we get to the countdown, about 14 or so minutes in. Then it stops again 20 minutes again. Have be trying to get an update but none available. Wouldn't have minded, but £6 is a lot of money for an app, let alone one that doesn't work

This app should allow you to download mp3 direct to your phone. You have tot listen to the recording via the app which is just annoying. It's just rubbish total waste of money

I just started, not 100% sure it stops my bad habits of eating too fast with my band but it truly does relax me better than anything else I've ever tried. Might need a few weeks to give it fully but so far I'm enjoying the meditation.
