Been using for a couple years. Not bad for CrossFit wod tracking but buggy. Keep losing everything and having to restart. It is a bit outdated too, needs a little work and it would be amazing.

Really nice simple app for wods, lifting, cardio. Been using it for years.

Backup/restore to new phone don't work and app support is unresponsive. As a workaround, download the program (PC/Mac) DB Browser for SQLite, choose open database, go to your mywod file location, on file name field type *.* to be able to visualize your mywod file, open the file, select "browse data" from the top tabs, and then choose the table "MyWODs"... there you will be able to search/visualize your recorded wods as table rows/columns, and manually record to a new mobile wod app of your choice. It is an IT/nerd workaround, but at least you can somehow restore your data.

A good app until it wasn't. I used this app until I switched phones, then found out there was no way to restore your progress. 2 years of data, gone. Not sure why this app was abandoned, but it's turning out to be hard to find a replacement.

been using this for a while. upgraded phones, abd it wouldn't let me back up and migrate my data. today when I decided to do it manually for the important stuff, it haf erased all the saved PRs on my old phone.

Developer has stopped developing this app for a couple years. If you use, it's a fine app, but restoring data is not possible on a new Android. Unless you do some SQL stuff apparently.
