After just two days of using this mask it turned out it doesn't work as it should be, it didn't stop me from snoring neither vibrated, it just makes noises and made me sweat at night, customer service is a disaster, I contacted them and they offered a refund but later they ignored my emails and they never responded and ignored my messages. Anyway I gave them a good chance to solve the issue but they didn't. I am returning this right away.

originally unable to pair to bluetooth. experimented with various settings and ultimately changed from default Easy mode to Basic mode. Also not clear that pairing is only via app and not from bluetooth system setting on android phone. seems to be paired now.

Over it. Can't connect with bluetooth/ mask no matter what. Too expensive to have this much trouble...will return instructions are horrible. Ridiculous

Really Bad So Far. it has never actually provided a report or responded to my sleep habits. It seems that the only thing it does well is drain my battery.
