About this app

General Infrastructure:
CAREONLINE contains two product parts: the CAREONLINE Server, which is installed in the hospital's IT-system; and the CAREONLINE App, which is currently available for iOS and Android mobile devices, e.g. smartphone, tablet, phablet, etc. The CAREONLINE App can only be used, if your mobile device was connected by your physician or in the hospital.

Easy Connect:
Your physician creates a QR-code. Once you are with your physician you can connect your mobile device by scanning the QR-code with the camera of your device.

Questionnaires:
Your physician can send you questionnaires on your device. You will then receive the questionnaires on the CAREONLINE App and can answer them. Your physician can also create questions and questionnaires with the CAREONLINE Server for one specific patient or a group of patients. Your answers will be received on the CAREONLINE Server and can be viewed by your physician.

Reminders:
You can receive reminders on your mobile device that will remind you to fill out questionnaires that were sent to you. Your physician can set reminders on the CAREONLINE Server and send them as push-notificiations to your mobile device.
