Start with a simple survey and you will automatically generate a personalized health checklist customized to your particular circumstance and to your particular set of conditions. Based on your checklist, you will receive an automated coaching message each day that will guide you as you play an active role in your health. You can track the number of messages reviewed, the people and places that support these messages, and your success in maximizing well-being over time.
