The app sucks. The reason I stopped using it a year ago is because every time I tried to login, it would say the password was wrong. After going through the steps to reset, it would work. But the next time I would try and login, it would do the same thing and I'd have to reset it again. I just tried to start using the app again and the problem still hasn't been fixed. I have the most up to date version of the app.

The app has not allowed me or my husband to log in for 2 weeks now and we are unable to log in on a desktop as well. I went to leave a review in the community center (which is a terrible way to report technology problems btw) and to leave a comment I have to be logged in. Kind of difficult to get support when I can't log in.... this is the most frustrating and glitch filled app I have ever experienced and that is not an exaggeration.

Wouldnt recognize me at sign in. Said I had to register. Tried 3 times to register, using 3 different codes and finally got a message that I was already registered, which I was! Finally let me in and then the Chat area wouldnt respond. Tried it over and over. No response. It has good info in the app but it seems very jumpy and unresponsive

The program and processes are great. The app doesn't always function that well. It doesn't recognize my phone so every log in requires an emailed pass code. Also the notifications get jacked up some times on android. Since this was updated and fixed the user experience is much better. Thank you!

The app doesn't let me login. I have my login ID but I can't remember my password. When I try to have it send the email to my email account to get a new one, the email never shows up. I check both my regular folder and my spam folder and nothing is there.

This app is extremely frustrating to use. I was attempting to reset my password and every time I would open my email app on my phone to get the code that they sent over it would kick me back to the beginning of the reset process and the code just got would not work anymore.
