Had to make a few calls to the number to have them help me fix my login problems today. They were nice helpful and friendly. And it was a busy monday morning!!!! The app is easy to use and it stores all your details. The dr was awesome too. You pay for it but its is bang for your buck. If I ou can't get to dr or you need an appointment mwnt for minor thing, this works. Big thumbs up from me

I love this service and app. They make it possible for me to access the Doctor who I trust and can talk to from my remote area. For years I've struggled to get the right mental health professional for me until my GP found this service. I'm so thankful for this access. I also love that no matter where I am I can make my appointment. If I can't leave my home to have my appointment at my doctor's clinic, I can go online at home for my psych appointment and have my follow-up with my GP on the phone.

App was really straightforward and easy to use. My first appointment went really well and everything ran on time. I'm looking forward to being able to use it for smaller things instead of trying to book in with my normal doctor.

Insecure as a house with no doors and windows. You go to the website using a numbered room id, that can simply be incremented to jump in on other people's calls. That's a pretty hefty privacy breach for a health based application. A mobile phone call would be more secure than this app. I don't recommend anyone use their platform
