Update Causing Major Shifts In Data. All of a sudden my bone mass dropped by over 60, it says my body age is 1, everything had such a huge shift in the stats. Now I don't know if what I have now is very reliable. Same thing happened to my husband, his stats went wonky after the update too. ☹

Take heed people the app is problematic. I've only had the scale 3 days and today I can't see any data from the previous days. I've tried turning my phone off and on, logging out and then in (I kept getting an error message), uninstalling and reinstalling the app. NOTHING helps. The scale works fine but if the app doesn't, what's the point in the scale? AND I can't reach customer service.

Customer service takes a bit but the app is good and accurate, at least when compared to the wii balance board.

Unable to register. I get an error message after hitting the confirm button " please tick privacy policy" there's nothing to agree to. Unfortunate, I was looking forward to using the app.

App connects to the weight scale, and the Google Fit account. But, it doesn't sync data to Google Fit.

Will not connect to my Bluetooth, I have the Note 20 5G Ultra. Scale works fine other then not getting my Bluetooth connection for my bmi info.
