They had no notice when I signed up and paid for this insurance that I would not be covered for COVID-19 and I flew abroad thinking I would be financially protected. 200 dollars and 0 protection for what I was worried about. An absolute disgrace. Do not use this product if you want to be covered during this Pandemic.

Just plain horrible. Don't put the app out there unless it's functional. Can't get past the ID screen. Can't register. The app won't let me reset my password.

Absolutely useless - slow and freezes on entry of details to register. Cannot even get past entry of country let alone do much else

Useless app. Not working properly, Applocation not accepting user ID, while same ID works on web.

There is no way to book claims, pre hospitalisation approval, member details and claim tracing facility.

Doesn't accept member id as others have also reported. We can only hope they are better at ensuring care if ever needed.
