Needs manual way to input birthdate. Scrolling through 56 years to get to my birthdate was intolerable.

This app makes it difficult to enter tour birthdate. secondly, i do not have thos medical plan. my son does. i am not able ro make an account for him. so to me it is useless.

Cant send messages to the nurse and it says 24/7

It doesn't let me create my account, it doesn't allow me to input my DOB. It only pops up a calendar & I have to arrow back to my birth year click set & still keeps today's date & doesn't allow me to manually put my DOB then says no record of me. Of course not if I can't input my DOB. Meanwhile I've been on hold for 16:49 trying to get through on the phone.
