The app doesn't work, i try to sign up it says sign in because i already have a file,, i try to sign in it says user not found, although i tried using my national ID and and my patient ID

I'm surprised about the poor quality of the SGH e-services and more specifically their app, I was expecting at least an online portal I can access everything from my laptop / phone's app. I suggest contracting a better app developer and solution provider.

I am currently facing a problem using the app, it never send the OTP code to my mobile . There are some problems, please solve this.

This app is good for nothing. On the call center number there is continuous recording to download this useless app to book an appointment. When you try to book from app, the preferred date option doesn't work at all. They must have test their app before disabling other options.

This app doesn't have an option to check the status of insurance approvals,before we could call to call center and know the status or direct call to relevant sections .now im waiting for more than 2 weeks after doctor visit to know about my next step.So far no call recieved yet and when contacted call center ,record saying to download the app but this doesnt help me

Poorly designed app. So many issues signing up. As an example default phone number is saudi even though locations outside of KSA exist. Tried 4 times to sign up and failed without any errors messages. App not ready for primetime.
