From time to time, I am logged out from the app and I have to sign in again and wait for the SMS on my mobile. Most of the times, this SMS gets delayed and that prevents me of using the app, sometimes in critical situation when I am in tue hospital and I want to look into my data in the app. My suggestion is not to force a logout for the user, or stop the SMS authentication, for better user experience. Other than that, the app is very good.

The worst App ever, very slow, and always log out and doesn't save my information , everytime need to regester, error messages appears all the time. Is there anybody looking for this App or care about customer needs? This is against your vission and mission.

Cannot open xray reports. When make an appointment it adds it to my calendar but with wrong time. Verification sign in text messages may take long time to receive.

I'm a busy Physician & I tried the App to get a Dental appointment for my daughter. My recommendation: For Kingdom Hospital dial 011 275 - 1111 & for the Consulting Clinics dial 011 465 - 9100. I first called the Consulting Clinics, but was told to call the hospital for the appointment. Took me about 5 - 7 minutes to accomplish the my task, compared with first trying to register for a new account on the App with the usual onerous input for personal information, passwords, etc. Not worth using.
