Worst product i ever bought. Very expensive and useless. App is just broken. Strugling for one year. Sensor gets stuck every so often. App eats battery life. Wifi setups are a nigtmare. 99% of the time doesnt work wastes hours of my life over this time. Make your product open source because you clearly dont care. Once you have someones money its the end of the line. Never ever ever ever buy honeywell.

device doesn't stay in a stand by mode anymore - after a few minutes display darkness and indicator blinks all the time - green or yellow, that is very frustrating and I cant figure out how to reset this behavior

1)The device gives very good indication of air quality but needs a better instant warning (audio) on mobile device of air quality deteriorating to bad air when you are not in the App. Can the app be upgraded to have a audio alarm setting when not in the App. 2) The Location setting is not accurate enough in South Africa. We need to type johannesburg with small letters then it will only produce Gauteng, South Africa even if we are 110km from JHB in South Africa. Not accurate enough.

The app needs a lot of work. I'm having a lot of trouble getting devices to connect at all. Just bought a couple of HAQSPA_R units, and the they are not too useful without the app. Update: finally got it connected after nearly a dozen attempts. The location availability is a joke. As with another reviewer, I also had to use a major city quite a distance from my actual location to even get the device connected to the app. The app has a bunch of UX annoyances that could be fixed by better design. By the feel of it, the app (and probably the service) is in beta, and was released before it was ready. We'll see if the situation improves as time goes by.

Can't connect to Google Pixel 2 XL on Android 10 (can't find wi-fi), but could connect to Google Nexus 5 on Android 6.0.1. It's possible to connect on Nexus, but use app on Pixel!
