App is almost as bad as the watches themselves. After purchasing two Letsfit E22 smart watches and pairing them to our Galaxy S20 phones, the functionality was terrible. Only one of the watches could place calls, the other went to the dialing screen on the watch, but never dialed. Text message notifications were non existent, even after following everything listed in the instructions. Returning the watches, uninstalling the app, and getting a better quality "name brand" watch for our phones.

I have been using the app for almost three weeks. I really do not know how to use most of the applications available, but little by little I am picking up things quite by accident because the instructions that came with the device were not step by step accurate. For three days I was without the device because the watch became unpaired with the app and it took that long for me to get back online. Instructions are not detailed enough to to set the device up properly.

The app is great. All I have to do is sync my watch to the app and all the info about my workout, walks, and distance pulls up. It does take some time to sync up but nothing a little patience can't fix. The info is basic, but for me, it's all I really need. Sleep habits info is also helpful.

My greatest complaint is with sleep recording. If I fall asleep watching TV before going to bed that small period of time is all that is shown in the plot for the whole night! In number value it states like 9.2 hours of sleep but it only shows the let's say 1.5 hrs that I fell asleep before going to bed. This happens a lot with me so I most of the time do not get a good record of my sleep. Hope this gets fixed. Thanks good graphics otherwise.

This app works great with my smart watch. There are several options to turn off and on, you can set your step goal for the day, heart rate exercise for the day, weekly goals, read texts and different messaging platforms. You can turn the heart rate on and off, it gives you tolens and kuddos for reaching your goals for encouragement. Great app!

Works for the stated purpose. A few things that would be nice, though: - Reports only steps to Google Fit. Would be nice to report other biometrics, too, like heart rate, O2 sat, workouts... Also would be nice to connect to other frameworks, such as Samsung Health. - Apparently the watch only tracks O2 sat on demand; the app doesn't show those measurements at all, so I'm not sure if they're recorded *anywhere*. - If Notifications access is granted, it sends *every* *single* notification from your phone, including Google Play updating applications in the background, anything else transient that you normally wouldn't see or care about unless you happened to be looking at your phone at that moment. - Doesn't always maintain a bluetooth connection to the watch, even when battery optimization is disabled, and background access is enabled. It always reconnects successfully when the app is opened, though -- it's just a background issue. Some good things: - Provides a nice chart of sleep states. - Provides a good, quick summary of health/fitness stats (including resting heart rate), and easy to browse historical data. - Connection via QR code was quick and easy.
