Only minor issues. Disappointed that visceral fat is not measured. App depends on some progress measures being manually input like heart rate from my fitness watch or waistline from a tape measure. Occasionally I have to get Bluetooth to connect from within the app rather than it happening due the proximity of the scales to the smartphone. Overall better than my previous smart scales and its app.

The app itself is decent, but it lacks any options to actively distribute data to other health apps like Samsung Health.

Pairing took all day. If pairing fails try taking a photo of yourself rather than uploading one from the gallery. Maybe this has no meaning really but when I chose to take a pic it magically worked. Bad code.

Terrible app - takes an average of 3 attempts to record data. Instructions are as useful as Stevie Wonder's telly.

Rubbish product, returned for refund. Shame, because it has the potential to be a useful product, but serious work is needed on the App. Even the basic weight function is wildly inaccurate and inconsistent. Couldn't get the Bluetooth setup to work, which is poorly explained anyway. And clearly no committment to actually fixing the problems listed in user feedback here, with their standard response to the users requesting them to explain their problems to another email address. Why? Just fix it!

Absolutely useless. Impossible to add more than one user. Won't sync properly. Weight function works OK and seems accurate. But standkng there naked trying to guess if it's taken new readings, or synchronised with the app is ot a great experience. And when adding another user and it overwriting the original user's data WAS also another reason these scales are going back.
