UPDATE 3/18: App developer responded personally and made fixes; now works on my new phone (Pixel 3XL). Convenient to have all HOA docs handy now. OLD REVIEW: Done button is hidden for name/address dialog, preventing creation of new account. Tried every don't and screen size option on my Moto X4, and still no way to make a new account. Useless without account.
