Frequently stops tracking by itself. Doesn't actually track number of steps or length of run as it describes. I absolutely hate having to restart the tracker so much during one run. But the absolute worst part of the new updates is you people demand gps access all the time and not just while using the app itself. Why? Why do you need 24/7 access to my gps?

I've been using this app for some time and it's great for logging where I've walked or cycled. Now the export gpx is working, I can export any route to OS Maps where I keep all my walks. It is also a step counter and has calories burned info. If you are online when using, a small, unobtrusive ad will appear at the bottom of the screen. A straight forward, simple app to use. Try it.

Now tried the June update. Sorry but it just doesn't work. The only thing it does accurately is measure the time of my walk, but my watch does that. I have tried "use original GPS provider" and it is only marginally better. I am using Android phone.

Loved this app, until it wanted permission to track my location all the time. Apps like this ONLY need to track location when they are used. Both my wife and are deleting and replacing with an app that only tracks when used.

Hard to keep it working. Was difficult to get it to do accurate tracking when I first started using it, and now it's off again and won't even track any part of a walk or recorded in the history been weeks I can't unravel the issue.
