Love Andrews' app but don't see a way to turn off instructions and also now getting full page push announcement even though I have all notifications turned off. Please fix this and it'll be a 5.

I updated and much to my dismay the 53 minute long track that had helped me so much for yearssss is no longer what in given. Its now less than 20 minutes.. can you please allow to revert back to the originl? It was much more helpful 😭

This is great for those with worries and pain in the body. It takes you through a deep breathing exercise then a guided visualization. I listened to it every night for a week, but then the App suddenly stopped working. I uninstalled it then reinstalled it again, and it still cuts off once the speaker comes on. I was quite disappointed.
