It works. What can I say?

You get 2 audio recordings, and a bunch of links to other stuff that costs money. Nothing else. I could have easily found similar content on many free sites or apps. This should be made clear BEFORE you pay any money. Definitely feel ripped off.

It's only been two days, but I love it so far. Does wonders for my blood pressure too. I like to use it first thing in the morning and before bed.

Was conscious before lockdown, ~Jan 2020 that I was drinking far too much. A combination of corporate entertainment and socially. Although I gave my body a break for a month or two throughout the year, I would always gravitate back, and consumption would go up to compensate for the time off. Thought I would try Andrew Johnson's stop drinking session as had success with others in his collection. Am now 20 months without booze and feel fantastic.

As this is absolutely NOT made clear in the app description, the fee for this 'app' gets you 2x audio recordings and a bunch of links to the authors social media sites where you can purchase a monthly/annual subscription for more content so calling this an 'app' is a bit of a stretch. I can't comment on the efficacy of the hypnotherapy session, I've only used it once, but purely based on my 'onboarding' I don't feel good about the experience so far to be honest.

I had a baddrinking problem for a few years. I listened to this ONCE and I haven't had a single alcoholic drink in 7 years. When I listened to it, I had such a powerful experience, I had chills all through my body, every cell in my body was reacting with joy at the things he was saying. I'm so thankful my life has improved so much since I am a non drinker, and by the way, all social activities will be great, and it's such a nice feeling to feel great every morning! Thank you so much Dr Johnson!
