Previously it was okay.... But suddenly the feature of banglalink charge per day got vanished.... And it become much more costly... And I think the charge should be lessen..... Because the present charge is like visiting a doctor practically..... It should be per day

I'm a paid subscriber of DAKTARBHAI. I'm very disappointed and absolutely dissatisfied with their services. I got no final response/communication (whether the claim would be settled or declined) after at least 5 months of submission of my cashback claim on hospitalisation. So unprofessional. Don't get me wrong: I am not at all indicating that they would have been professional had they settled i.e. paid against my cashback claim. They just didn't bother to inform the claim outcome. Frustrating!
