Unfortunately the app does not work. I did everything from giving it all permissions but the scooter wouldnt be recognized by the app. So i used my parents iphone xr which actually worked with no problems. The big reason i did this to mainly turn the annoying cruise control off. My solution is if you cant get it to work borrow someones iphone as i couldnt get it to work on my galaxy a51. It connected right away when i installed the app and turned on bluetooth.

The scooter is great the app is the worst piece of garbage I've ever downloaded on my phone. The app will not connect to the scooter and the only way you can turn the headlights on is if you can get the app to connect, please fix your app so it connects to the scooter.

Very bad app wont work with the scooter and the scooters wifi is bad too I can connect with my phone but when you turn it off the scooter you have to disconnect wifi and re type the code to connect it again but app still wont connect.

Awful. I have never been able to connect the scooter to the app. Scooter connect to the phone via bluetooth, but the app keeps saying disconnected from device

It flat out dont work. I think its just a fake app to say they have one.
