Someone would expect more from the app. I am using it for some years. It's okay full of bugs and in deed very slow. The problem is there is no alternative. The app does not show the medical network. As many others already complained it does not show clearly what claims are completed and still open. Overall : buggy and not user friendly

The app asks for my birthdate - no option for direct input, the only way is to scroll month-by-month (sic!), starting from a random year, in my case I need to scroll through 30 years! The app takes in the date in dd/mm/yyyy format, then displays it in mm/dd/yyyy and pops up an error message. No access to the app = app does not exist
