Agent allows change of duration for client on actual even though cleaner has confirmed on the duration. On actual day itself, the app does not show "Start cleaning" button. Please be informed that as part timer, we take the time to go down to customer place, in this scenario, customer is staying at landed property. Please do not allow customer to alter duration as and when they like, it is detrimental to cleaner for time spent going down and the actual work done. Please include more interface

The app response is too slow, it takes alot of time to open any interface, that is not helpful.

The new update is crashing a lot! I already tried uninstalling and downloading it again but it won't allow me to go anywhere besides the notifications area and sometimes when opening the app again I'm logged out. Please roll back the update it has a lot of bugs!

I installed the App 3 months ago and never received any notifications. After wasting so much time entering the app unsuccessfully, I decided to contact Helping and was informed that only users who pay a fee will be able to access the offers. If you do not want to pay, do not waste your time too.
