Connect with your coach via in-app video call. Expect to be guided through a conversation that’s focused on your goals.

Leave every session feeling more prepared. Your coach will send you bite-sized tasks to turn your ambition into action.

WHAT IS COACHING?
Coaching is a tool that helps guide you through reaching your professional goals. Your Prosper Coach cares about your career, and then some. Training is designed to help you feel better at work, reduce anxiety and stress, and build real confidence. Think of your coach as your accountability partner that helps empower you to take action, overcome roadblocks, and maintain focus. They can also help you create tools like, resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn profiles to help accelerate your action.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM PROSPER COACHING?
Once you’ve had your intro session, you’ll meet virtually for a 30-minute in-app coaching session. Expect a guided conversation focused on your career goals. You’ll leave every session with a personalized action plan, designed to meet those goals. In between sessions, your coach will challenge you to build the key professional skills, habits, and the mindset you need to see tangible results.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SEE RESULTS?
There’s no such thing as overnight success. Like any big growth, career change is an ongoing process. The time it takes to see results will vary based on your individual goals and where you are in your career. Interview preparation may take 1-2 sessions, but working through challenges like self-doubt or lack of confidence can take longer. Most of our members see the full benefit of coaching after 8-10 coaching sessions.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF A COACH IS RIGHT FOR ME?
We offer a complementary 15-min intro session with each coach to help you find the right fit. Check in with yourself after your intro session, how do you feel? A good sign is feeling excited and inspired, albeit a bit scared of the work ahead. We want you to feel comfortable getting out of your comfort zone.
