If I could give it a half of a star I would... This app sucks! For 3 weeks I've been giving my symptoms and no response on the chat... Last night I requested to chat to a doctor, gave my symptoms once again and it said I will get a response in an hour... Well it's more than an hour in fact I slept and woke up again! On the app there is no option to give feedback or send a comment or anything to the creator of the app or even to Momentum! This is just plain and simple a kak app! It's a mock!

Terrible. You suppose to be able to speak to a doctor who will return to you in an hour. I logged a call on Saturday and still waiting for the call. Every time I log in it wants to verify me. This is the biggest time delay when a doctor is urgently needed. HATE IT!!!!!

App is not user friendly. No option to update contact details upon registration to ensure otp is sent to the correct number. It automatically sent otp to a number I lost 5 years ago! The 087 number provided goes unanswered too. Total waste of time, data and airtime.

It is a good app, there is some leaks and connections problems but besides that I enjoy the app, the doctor gave me some useful information of which I'm very thankful.🙂

My app is stuck on the last "doctor will call me withing an hour" need to get authorisation again but cant because its stuck.

Not great experience so far, was told I'll be contacted within an 1 by the Dr and never did i receive the call. Reply from the Dr comes after few days, why do we have this service if there's no prompt response? This service is definitely not designed for immediate attention or else go to the Dr and just pay cash even though you have medical insurance. Your app must have dates and times for chats for references.
