It was all good until it updated. After loggin in it goes back to asking user/pass again and does not work anyone.

Meh, no analytical tools paid for in the subscription (blackbox, etc). This should at the very least have blackbox (the product research tool). There is no need to monitor your Amazon business from this app, just use Amazon. 2 stars for clean UI, but I don't think it works since I don't see the favorites I've added from using Helium 10 yesterday. The desktop version is very useful imo.

I get the Helium 10 splash screen then it doesn't go further . Time to uninstall. Update . Developer said they fixed the issue so installed again . Login with username and password didn't work on multiple attempts so tried the magic email link . Now I get a message about being logged in via the magic link and it just sits there on a black loading screen . Time to uninstall .

The app is a good start. Can view several metrics. I'm sure helium will add more functionality as they go on. Every little helps and this is good to view on the go. Had a few login issues at first but after 24 hours they somehow corrected themselves. Now no issues.

The app comes to the login screen and when I enter credentials nothing happens. I even tried to login with the magic link twice. It just keeps spinning. The app is not going to any other screen. I am using android, pls fix it

This is so disappointing paying $97 a month for such a poor Web only customer service and on top app not to work either.
