Can't login because it won't let me validate. This app sucks. My company sucks for choosing such a crappy insurance for its employees.

I thought this app would help me locate providers in my insurance network. The only information it has is the phone number to file a claim. Most useless app I've ever come across. Don't even know why it exists.

Tried to register my first time. Keeps me an unknown error. It's aggravating when I work and don't have time to call in and wait forever. Seriously thinking about dropping the insurance and getting it elsewhere.

Cannot register an account and if I use my username it says it's already taken when I know it's way too unique for someone else to have it.

I am unable to register. it does nothing after I've filled out the info and click on next it does nothing. not a good start for confidence
