This is not an app. They essentially crammed the website on to a mobile layout. Text overlaps each other, buttons fall off the side, charts are a long row of numbers. The whole idea-- see your explanation of benefits and understand what is and isn't being paid for--is not accomplished at all. It's less clear than the endless paperwork they send. I'm guessing this is the purpose. (to keep users confused as to what they are paying for their medical bills and what insurance is covering). Useless.

Same as other user, no internet connection error. Need to fix soon, email just went out to all associates for major health system to try it out.

I had to disable WIFI to get it to login. Once logged in, it does what it says. I hit the BACK button and it completely logged me out.
