This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Appyness Healthwatch on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

About this app

How you feel matters and what you do when you are not feeling great matters. Whether you are stressed, anxious or depressed Appyness provides you with top tips to take control of your emotional wellbeing.

Appyness was developed by Healthwatch Wokingham Borough for young people struggling with their mood, following an extensive survey of young people. You told us you wanted more coping strategies and to know what to do if feeling low.

This app allows you to scale your mood daily and plot it on a graph so you can track your progress over time, it gives top tips for coping with stress, depression and anxiety. It provides links to local and national organisations and has relevant YouTube videos.

Appyness can help you take control of your own thoughts and actions.
