This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing HPHConnect on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

But there's room for improvement. A click to call feature would be nice. Also, actually making more info available inside the app, instead of redirecting to the website. I was trying verify benefits while at an appt, & wasted time logging into the app when I should have used my phone browser to go to the website.

The one thing that you would need to do on a mobile app--look at claims--can't be done on this app. Needs serious work.

Won't let me login. Says I don't have an internet connection, it's only this app that's having the problem
