To ask a question to a real doctor you first have to search for a doctor by name or specialty. It doesn't matter what I type in the search box, there are never any results. The app is completely useless. Edit: it turns out the results would only show doctors you have physically seen in the last 36 months. I wish they would explain this in the app; I found it on the Discovery website "support" page.

This app is a complete waste of time. I submitted my question and received an answer that did not make any sense at all, from some foreign doctor. It was almost like the answer was computer generated by recognizing certain key words, and not given by an actual doctor. Discovery, shame on you for offering such a sham of a "service".

I just downloaded this app and already im having a poor experience. It keeps kicking my out when i want to log in, i have to log into the discovery app then go via the app into DRconnect, which is annoying, i also sent a doctor a message and the doctor is asking for more info and i have no idea how to reply, if there is a way to reply, could u make it more noticeable? I mean the app is not as user-friendly as it seems. Everything seems so all over the place. Im not really liking this app.

No response from the online medical dr teams. Although much other useful content. If its to connect with drs your prime reason for download it may be wasted time.

A little useless if you ask a question, but then cant respond to a doctor who asks for more info. No help or support directly available in the app, you will get redirected and have to sign in each time.

Extremely well thought out concept. Unfortunately, being unable to reply to a doctor that seems to prefer to not read all the details and just spew out information for votes, makes the whole process redundant. Not exactly a fair or open forum.
