I conducted my medical test from this company on 8th July and they demanded Rs.100 extra to get my medical reports hardcopies. As it was asked by my surgeon, I paid them but to my surprise I haven't received those reports from them till date. Upon follow up, I was given with a tracking number which shows that it dispatched on 13th July. Pathetic service. Very unprofessional, will never suggest. They don't understand urgency of medical reports. I am still waiting for reply from them.

5th vital as paid peanuts to app creater/or he is cheap little apprentice who know know how create a user friendly apps. iam 52 years.i have to swipe 625 times to enter my D.O.B their no other way .also some one in review has told he didn't get hardcopy.These so called professional of 5th vital didn't address the issue.so any one who has issues will not be addressed.so first i installed and immediately uninstall.
