This is a comprehensive health app. It caters not only to preventive aspects and that is vital aspect of taking care of one's health. It touches aspects of yoga and alternative medicine too. Then the treatment of common disease like blood pressure ailment and diabetes which are the common life style disease with obesity becoming another worry. This is commendable. I am sure this is a must have app for one to have.
