Easy access to vaccines, spending amounts and test results, among other things. I love this app. I remember having to wait days to get a copy of my son's vaccination record for daycare but this gives me access to what I need immediately. I'm also able to submit flex spending claims right in the app!

Scheduling, canceling and rescheduling appointments for labs, check ups and/or specialty departments is easy through this app. Receiving and reading test results or messages from your doctor is great. Only thing I miss from the Park Nicollet app is the Low/High indicator for lab results. In that app, abnormal results were highlighted. I wish that was part of this app.

Worst deployment of My Chart I have experienced, which is sad, because the Park Nicollet My Chart interface used to be marginally functional. Basically useless for anything besides checking what time your next appointment is and viewing most recent lab results. Can't see the comparison table/graph of previous labs. Can't message your PCP. Can't request a prescription refill. Can't read visit notes or after visit summaries.

Sometimes it glitches, and you can't do all the things you need to be able to do in it. You can't send messages to your health team, you have to actually sign in on the website to write a message to your care team.

Easy to edit if you change you mind or trying to see best appt options. Very clear what to do and how to do it. I actually love not having to call to make appts now. It's easy to see your results and everything.

This app is completely broken and unusable, you can easily spend 15 minutes or more going in a circle trying to access a single test result. And forget about using it to try and pay your bill or communicate with your care team.
