I like being able to login fast, with it remembering the username and password, and then my balance comes up right away. Then I can put in the store and items I want and it will show if it's covered or not. I really like this app so far! Oh and you run the card as a credit with no pin # #wow!

Just starting. App looks like it could be helpful in tracking health records, especially for WellCare members. However, the app currently will not allow one to connect to the Google Fit app. I have emailed the developers about this issue. And will update my review if / when the matter is fixed.

This app needs major improvement seriously. The app asks for information upon signing up just like any other app does. Unfortunately I can't get past the enter member number screen because it's saying member not found. I pull up my online account with no problem....honestly this app truly does suck. If you are a member of wellcare PLEASE DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!

Well Care was useless, not only the app, but the plan( though the benefits were great; finding an in-network Dr. was a pain, the Food benefit was by internet order only, no actual card to use at grocer of choice). I do not recommend Well Care to anyone! The plan sounds GREAT, but getting those services are near impossible.

I cannot get past the log in screen. The app keeps saying "Member Not Found". I've attempted to try setting up my son's account but I have the same issue. This is a heavily flawed app. I will just be asking Wellcare to mail me the information.

this app won't recognize my ID number. won't let me create new account. won't let me sign in with wellcare name and password. says my member number doesn't exist. when it shows me where to look; it shows a blue cross card. Not impressed.
