Would give zero stars if I could. Attempted to schedule an appointment with several different therapists, had to wait 48-72 hours just to find out the therapist "isn't available" and I need to restart the request process again. When I finally got an appt, it was cancelled suddenly with no notification a week before. NOW, suddenly, I'm getting an error that my account isn't active, despite my health insurance being current. Waste of time and can't get the help I NEED.

Horrible, the app will cancel you arrangements with a provider if you don't remember to go back into the app and find the message where it asks you to confirm the appointment. Customer service is pretty useless also. The ONLY saving grace is no need to go to the office. Otherwise I wouldn't waste my time.

Like the service, but the app needs work. In particular, when I go to add pictures for a dermatology assessment, the app logs out and I have to redo my request and so it never gets processed. I bet very few dermatology requests are made through the app because of this issue.

Cannot log in. Cannot reset password. Cannot access time sensitive health messages. Must use app. Half the time it says my email isnt valid. Complete garbage.

The app is easy to use and fairly intuitive. It is annoying that I can't edit a selction after the fact and that the time-out window is incredibly short.

Nit impressed at all. I feel these providers rush through your call. I normally use Plush care where i get to choose my doctor, they take time and are very thorough, i had to use HY because they are the ones that take my insurance.
