When I try to log in now, I get a white screen and it does nothing. Assistance or a reply or feedback would be nice. Developer not helpful and has disappeared.

Have to use this for my job, unable to open it, uninstalled then reinstalled it with no improvement. Also had lots of problems with the last edition trying to submit data. Getting a white screen now after attempting login - Please Fix!
