Good information, learned it all on YouTube before... No recipes!!! The whole reason I downloaded it was for recipes :/ but I didn't give a one star because I did learn I will need a few more items to make a delicious dinner.

Cooking also promotes the formation of potentially harmful compounds in foods in the case of high heat baking, such as for high-glucose end foods and heterocyclic amines.
