Limited usefulness. Not sure if I'm using it wrong, but despite the effort I put in to tracking my symptoms, there doesn't seem to be any way to refer back to them so you can discuss with your medical professional. I like that it allows you to enter the severity of symptoms, but again I can't refer back to them. Good articles and breathing exercises.

The app is very informative and I'm learning to navigate the various articles .I found the breathing techniques and guidance on symptoms really useful. I find planning times difficult as a shift worker to carry out exercises or reminders . I am taking my third month of perimenopause supplements and feel better for taking them There is a wealth of information on this app and I would recommend
