This is great if you want something simple and HIPAA compliant. Despite what some folks have said earlier, there are definitely anatomical charts. Not sure how they didn't see. It is a free app and there are not constant updates. It is as it is. You can also make up your own intake form and send it via email. There is way to process CCs but no other money record keeping. It's all that I need.

Simple and free. So not a lot of frills but SOAP notes are as good as my paid service. Just wish either of them allowed printing all of a client's soap's at once to forward to other parties when necessary.

I enjoy using it. Not a lot of bells & whistles but you get what you pay for ;). A few bugs, but not enough that I can't work around them. Printing is easy and I enjoy the visuals they provide for notes.

This is nothing as advertised. All I want is something to do soap notes. Where are the anitomical pictures? Didnt see them at all. I have everything else, I dont want to do scheduling and stuff like that just notes that's it. This app shows online scheduling and you need to give them everything about you. Not Interested especially with a company that has poor ratings already which I understand as the app is slow and glitchy. I'm uninstalling.

Sounds great, but a no go on the email process. If it is fixed, then it's a funky fix because i tried numerous times. Even deleted the app & retried the process. Sounds great in writing bit haven't seen it work.

i can't sign in. it keeps on telling me its sent a confirmation email. no email received. not in spam folder either.
