BAD APP!! Buggy, inaccurate, no instructions, and doesn't run well on Samsung Note 8 (its not my phone, believe me). The app only sync'd the very first time and was chock full of errors. Could never get the app to sync again and it seems to be badly developed. Since I cannot get it to work, I dont know what its doing and I cannot trust it, I am uninstalling and will just take readings directly from the device to the computer. Way more inconvenient, but no other choice to log my sleep.

Spent way too much time trying to get the app to work on my Galaxy S8+ running latest Android ops system. Seems to be a theme throughout the reviews, surprising no one on development team has issued an update to fix the problem. I'd like to hear from the development team as to what to do to make the app work. The error message I get when I try to run the app is 'not connected', and yes I resubmitted my data and re-registered the device and app is still non-funtioning. What say you app team?

This app is a piece of junk. FIX IT. After more than twelve tries to get it to work uninstall, reinstalling it. It synced with my phone once. Next time it stopped working. It says not connected to device, bad password, or just plain doesn't connect to my phone.

Needs to be removed from app store. HDM Windows data view works perfectly. This thing not only intermittently locks up, but the data it does gather from the Z2 auto is utterly inaccurate. Incorrect usage statistics to start, inaccurate leak and AHI data as well. As a result this is dangerous and needs to be removed!

Works great. But can't understand why they dont tell you about password. Until you change the password so the app matches z2 you wont be able to pair. Put z2 in sby by pulling plug. Then open app and hit + in upper left corner. Hit blue change password and set. Then it asks to change unit password say yes and also allow it to to change clock , hit yes. Thats it works great.

Can't connect device. App is outdated, fails to request permissions for connection. A lot of reviews about this since the last update, yet no fix 2 months later... Poorly managed with bad/no communications by the company. If they fix, will update review at that time.
