Even after getting behind the pay wall theres zero guideance. As far as anyrhing goes its just videos of the same little 3d animation going through the motions. If youre looking for something easier, userfriendly and guided. I highly recomend punchlab, both free and paid it gives you guided instructions and lets you customize your ideal workout while providing multiple styles and workouts. While being Free.

I have boxing in my past training under carlos 4 time golden glove boxer at 15 at the jeff boys club. To use 52 style adopted due to physical experiences with numerous opponents, uncle taught 8 points at 7 yrs old due to these situations to come out guarded. This app has hightened my style while improving my self dicipline, confidence, and overall life preformance. Thanks alot gotta get to working. Lost my last phone so any apps in there is my dna. So i have to stay on top😎🎖️🏆🏅🥊🤼. Thanks.

OMG this app is amazing. This has all the things that a course that is worth 1.5 lakhs or maybe more than that. 1st is beginner that is 8weeks. Then 2nd intermediate (8weeks) then Muay thai advanced (8weeks). And like that there are more. If u do and follow it till the last. U will be a professional Muay thai martial artist.Plus it has nutrition tab also where it tells you what unhave you should eat according to it.Daily diet for 2years or something like that is there.I am so amazed download it.

Some moves on here are pretty advanced, which include things like 360 kick spins and uppercuts. You have to have a lot of energy to do the 30-40 second jumping jacks but good app, just for more advanced trainees.
