app and snoo not in sync. adjusting the level from the phone is hit or miss, meanwhile my baby is stuck on level 5 while. i shouldnt have to go in the babies room to turn it off and on. youd think with pricetag on this thing you can get some solid app development. perhaps care as much about the app as you do the product. After 2 years and using this with our second child this horrible app continues to disappoint. Cannot connect to snoo on multiple devices, continues to disappoint.

The app is great when I am connected and things are working, but it often disconnects and I am left with an app that cannot connect to my Snoo. I have tried rebooting the Snoo, restarting my app, unpairing the Snoo and adding it again, logging out of my profile and signing in again, and resetting my router. I am always left with connection errors like being unable to find the Snoo network or being unable to connect to it. Sometimes, I get to the final set up screen and it stalls connecting.

When the app is functioning it's ok, but it constantly is logging me out or not connecting. Then everytime I log back in, it gives me the intro your of how to use. This is usually at 3am when I'm just trying to lock it on level 2 quickly...

app was great. functioned well. iw ish there was a way to see the weeks worth of sleep to see if there is a pattern. the reason I made it 4 stars was due to set up. the snoo doesn't connect to 5 ghz wifi which made the whole process take forever to set up. I use Google wifi mesh system so I can't choose which band to connect to. as a result it took forever to set up. it was super challenging since I had to spoof my wifi.

Product is great, the app and control via phone functionality is abysmal to the point that it is not worth bothering.

For a premium product that costs $1200 to purchase, I expect an app that functions properly. The app does not auto connect to the snoo and can take anywhere from 5 to 30 seconds to connect, which us far too long when your baby is beginning to stir. Additionally, the notifications feature does not work and I do not receive notifications to my phone when the snoo elevates to a soothing level. It would also be nice if there was either a sound or video monitor (or both) built into the bassinet.
