Food database is poor. The interface looks elementary compared to Loseit or MyFitnessPal. Garmin links in steps but not exercise minutes. Not sure how the coaching works because nothing has shown up yet. So far not impressed with the system

This app is great. When tracking food intake, it allows you to scan bar codes to retrieve nutritional information. It syncs with Fitbit to track exercise data and Withings to track weight. There are videos to watch that provide useful information about healthy dietary choices. Plus you get personal encouragement from a coach! The coach starts conversations with group about dietary concerns, how to overcome set backs and recipes to help make good dietary choices. Highly recommend!

The app provided valuable tools for balancing eating habits and exercise goals. I am pleased that we get to keep the food log and the exercise tracking via Fitbit. i feel sure that I will ultimately meet my goals. Eqally important were the benefits of great coaching we received, the videos with their guiding information, and the personal communications with other members in our group. Our coach Kaitlin was really attentive and responsive to any problems we had getting started and afterwards.

Overall pleased with the app and program. App is easy to use, integrates seamlessly with scale and Fitbit. This makes it incredibly easy to track weight and exercise. Had two issues early on and app rolled out quick fixes to address for everyone. Food tracking is a little cumbersome primarily due to multi-word search results. It doesn't return good search results for foods with multiple words. The associated videos, discussions, and coaching are strong.

Earning health insurance rewards was what motivated me to sign up for this program. But the most valuable reward is now I am motivated to do good things for my health. In 8 weeks, I have indeed developed new nutrition habits without making any seemingly drastic changes to my lifestyle. A couple of short videos per week, the access to a nutritionalist coach, timely app notifications, a discussion group, and food log all give me the support I need to effect change and make better choices.

I've had my Garmin step tracking data received in HabitNu app when starting the program. Now well over 2 months the data has not been recorded in Habitu app and without resolution after many attempts to resolve via customer support help, and many hours of my time...not a happy tracker .Karen S
