App was working SO WELL, until I got a new phone. The flash isn't right next to the camera, and I was able to get a good handful of scans in with no issues until this week when my scan was rejected because it was 'too dark' (it had the same lighting as prior scans), I've retaken it 3 times since then and my most recent retake is now 'too bright'!!? It's so infuriating trying to take a scan in general as the app glitches and misses every other picture.

App easy to use. Instructions very clear. Wish there was a way to IMMEDIATELY retake videos rather than have to cycle through all the types of videos Orthodontist desires and then have to go back and redo certain videos. It's inconvenient to have to remove Invisalign trays after having inserted them and having spent 5 min to get air bubbles out and then have to remove the trays to redo vids for non-tray scans.

I don't know which part of the process is more aggravating, the attachment for monitoring that assumes all phones have the camera and flash right next to each other, this app that randomly turns the flash off for scans so that what little extra light I get is gone and then randomly loses them so I have to retake them, or the messages to retake the scans because they're too dark.

I do not like that thw app can only be used with push notifications turned on, I would prefer the option to turn them off. Also, when one portion of a set of scans is messed up, all the scans must be redone instead of just the set that was messed up.

I have to use this on a very old phone (the scanbox doesn't fit my current one, and I've traded in my previous two phones). It was laggy and crashed occasionally, but I recognize that using very outdated hardware is my problem, not the apps. However, the app recently updated and is now so much smoother and completely stable. I am very impressed!

App is so slow to do anything now that you have to listen to the steps each time and added a bunch more steps. Easily doubled the time to scan and removes guide lines so you can forget what you are doing by the time it talks for the 3rd time. Big misstep on this update. Edit after suggesting the double tap to skip. Yes I saw that tip, problem is you can't skip it and have to wait to proceed with the scan. Maybe skip with the volume button like the old version. Remove my mouth from home.
