The key to connecting: disable Bluetooth on your phone. Start app. Let the app start Bluetooth and connect. Otherwise, it won't connect. I like being able to keep track of my sleep and activity. I don't see how to export the data, though. Oddly, the QR code in the instruction manual for this fitness watch to download the app points to a DNS address instead of a website. Fortunately, I got the name of the app from there and just looked it up here.

Can not get text messages as it states you can & I have turned that setting on. Also when I get a call I only get a tiny phone icon, the watch does not show me a name or a number even when the contact is loaded. There is no "help" area or FAQ on the app or anywhere. I know it was a cheap watch, I guess it's true that you get what you pay for.

Not too bad, looks clean and tidy, and works on my phone (A8.1) so far without any problems. My only real issue and one I consider a pretty big downside, is that this app seems unable to connect to anything else useful like GoogleFit, MyFitnessPal etc...Which, is a real bummer.

Simple, Easy to understand. like the feel of the product. Wish the display was bigger in the bezel but for the price it's just fine. For those trying to connect with issues, the instructions explain to connect though the app, I did and it connected in seconds.

Downloaded this app to use with my new watch, but it does not allow you to set the heart rate numbers I need for fat burning, low rate doesnt go above 60 bpm, high rate does not go below 120, So a fat burn workout alarm is apparently not possible for me and my wife.

Will not connect after upgrade. Tried multiple times. You need to fix this if you're going to want people to download your app. A lot of 1 stars but the problem isn't being handled. Listen to the reviews. Buying a new watch.
