My 5 year old son loves it, however, when we got to 31 brushes the app reset itself and all brushes and his profile were gone. Started over again, and also added 3 other characters. He really enjoyed having the 4 dancing on the screen at the same time. This time, at 18 brushes, it jumped to 101 brushes and unlocked everything which was disappointing as he loved the countdown each day to unlocking the next item. Suggested improvements: If the background scenery could be animated that would be great. Also, to preview the songs before selecting them.

My son used to love this app. But then it updated, he lost all his progress and the nurdles are gone. He's very unhappy and doesn't want to use the app any more. You really shouldn't push major changes to apps like that, especially not ones for kids.

Used to love this app, my children (3&6) ask for it every morning and night, and love dancing along as they brush their teeth. They like the fact that both of them can now brush together, however, since the last update they can't download any of the achievements they have unlocked, so they are rapidly losing interest. My 6yo is autistic and hates the fact he can't be a nurdle any more 😢 please Aquafresh, sort it out. It's a good app when it works as it should.

Used this to help my 3 year old daughter brush her teeth (with my help) all was working well and she had accumulated 64 brushes since starting t using the app. Opened the app tonight and it was like starting from the beginning again, everything was lost and now has to be unlocked again. Disappointed. Would also be good if you could hear what the songs sound like when you scroll through them prior to picking one to brush with. Also, could the scenery or backgrounds be more animated please?

it is a brilliant game! / But . . . . when I finish brushing my teeth it doesn't let me go back to home so I can't do it again . I have only brushed my teeth once on this game and I was really excited to get use to the game !
