I use this for kettle bell HIT in 15 second work then rest cycles. So easy to use no fussing. Would be nice to have an on screen on/off button with a time signal style beep as I can't always watch the screen and rarely with my head up and back straight.

Just what I was looking for: a very simple interval timer, perfectly intuitive. I am using it for a walk/run activity, so my "rest" interval is for walking. It works whether or not it is visible on the phone screen. A simple beep is heard when changing intervals. Thanks so much!
