This app is the worst I dint know why it's so hard to login I get the password reset and it glitches out every time don't even bother calling the help desk thier no help

Well I was going to complain about how the app didn't recognize my password and crashes when I try to reset it, but I see that plenty of others are having the same problems. The only solution the developers have is to contact support but after reading other reviews, this seems to have been going on for months. Really there's no solution yet for this ongoing issue? I only gave 1 star because there's no 0. How can I rate the app if I can't even sign on to try it out? UNINSTALLING!
