The doctors appointment went well, a prescription was issued and I was told I could collect at the nominated pharmacy. When I went to collect it the pharmacy said they had never heard of the company and refused the prescription. I contacted the go service and they apologised, resending the prescription to Boots. I then went to Boots who said exactly the same thing. No out of meds and can't get hold of anyone at all.
